VICTORY GARDEN 2020
The following entities have come together in support of this movement.  Please read through the mission statements and you will see some common threads that tie us all together.
There are many entities in Fremont County that joining to make this happen.  We are all different groups and organizations within the community, but share a common goal and vision.  Below is a list of groups and what some of their missions are.  If your organization, business, or group shares a similar vision please let us know and we will be sure to add you the the list.
Popo Agie Conservation District

To plan for, protect, manage, and utilize the natural resources within the boundaries of the Popo Agie Conservation District through application of sound ecological, financial, and cooperative management principles that will sustain the quality of life and the natural resources for future generations to enjoy.

To Serve the People of Fremont County in 4-H, Youth, Agriculture, Natural resources

Wind River Farm to Plate
Mission
Their mission is to develop and support local, healthy food choices in schools and other institutions through school and community garden programs and direct relationships with food producers. Wind River Farm to Plate encourages the Lander community to “know your food”, especially by exploring local foods. Wind River Farm to Plate hopes to educate Lander residents about food sources, growth, preparation, and preservation. 

Fremont County Master Gardeners
Mission

The Fremont County Master Gardener program is a service to the citizens of our county.
The Master Gardener program trains citizens in basic horticulture, entomology, soil science, botany, plant pathology, and pesticide safety.
